Another Successful Cohort, Winter I-Corps Applications Now Open

Another successful cohort has completed the Summer NSF I-Corps Milwaukee Program consisting of six research teams representing UW-Milwaukee, Marquette University, Milwaukee School of Engineering, and Concordia University. Subjects ranged from medical treatments to cloud-based technologies.

• MechArch Platform – Modeling software for passive ventilation systems for building designers
• Notice & Equipe – Cloud-based collaboration platform and team for socially responsible urban development
• Vivid Microscopy – Biological disease markers using FRET to measure thiols and oxidative stress
• Birchleaf Pear – Content platform for course texts
• SickPic – Image recognition software for self-diagnosis
